Payment methods

At Divoza we accept almost all payment methods and it does not matter which one you use because we do not charge any extra costs for credit card or post-payments. In the case of the Fashioncheque or VVV cards, it is useful to check the validity, which can be done on the website of Fashioncheque or VVV.


Payment failed or declined

It may of course happen that the payment has not been successful, has been refused or that the processing takes longer. If the payment has not been successful, we will be notified and the order will be automatically cancelled. If processing takes a little longer, the promised delivery time may be slightly delayed.


Paid with iDeal, no order confirmation received

Did you pay with iDEAL, but are you not sure whether your order was successful? Check whether the order amount has been debited. If nothing has been debited, something went wrong in the payment process, but you have not paid. In this case you can place your order again.


Has the amount been debited, but have you not yet received an order confirmation? It can take up to an hour for the payment to reach us. We therefore recommend that you keep an eye on this and wait quietly.


If you have not received an order confirmation from us after an hour, please contact our customer service. Tip, also check your spam box of your email, maybe the confirmation email ended up there.


Refunds

When we have processed your return or cancellation, you will of course receive the money back on your account. We do our best to refund your money to your account within 14 days. Please note that we only refund the amount of the purchased and subsequently returned items and not the shipping costs. Unfortunately, you cannot find the status of the refund in your account. If you still want to know what the status is, please contact our customer service.

You can count on it that you will always get a good deal at Divoza, even outside promotional periods. Do you see an item priced lower elsewhere than at Divoza? Then we offer you the same price (unless there are special circumstances).


We will of course check whether it concerns exactly the same item, with the same supplier code. We also check whether the item is immediately available from the other provider and whether the price offer was available from the other provider at the same time as your purchase from Divoza.


If you want to claim the Divoza Best Price Guarantee, please report this at the checkout of one of our Megastores or via the contact form on our website. We will only process your request if you add proof, such as an easily readable receipt or a screenshot.


Requests that result in a negative result for Divoza (below cost price) will be rejected. The Divoza Sharpest Price Guarantee only applies in the Netherlands and in comparison with other Dutch providers.

We also offer you the option to pay afterwards via Klarna. Would you like to receive your order at home and assess or try it on before you pay? This can be done safely and reliably with the help of Klarna.
