DIVOZA'S SADDLE CHECK and SADDLE FITTING SERVICE

The choice of a saddle is very personal and is not necessarily brand or price-related. We are happy to help you make the right choice! This is possible with the help of our saddle fitting service where a certified Master Saddle Fitting Consultant comes to your home. Or come with your horse to our head office in Leek where an MSFC certified employee can help you. We have an outdoor arena where you have all the space to try out a saddle, so that you can make the right choice for you and your horse with the help of the saddle fitter! Divoza Horseworld is happy to advise you.

CONDITIONS

A call-out fee of € 50.00 will be charged for a visit by the saddle fitter. During our visit, we determine together which saddle is most suitable for you. When purchasing a saddle above € 1000.00, we will deliver the ordered saddle to you if desired and check whether everything is correct. The costs for a (subsequent) check of a saddle are € 85.00. Do you purchase a saddle in one of our megastores and do you still want a visit from our saddle fitter? Then the above rates will still be charged if applicable. Our home service does not apply to used saddles, clearance saddles or saddles under € 500.00. An appointment made can be cancelled. You can cancel an appointment no later than five working days before the appointment, otherwise a call-out fee of € 50.00 will be charged. At a saddle fit appointment, we expect you to be ready with your horse to avoid unnecessary waiting time. If you are not present at the agreed time, the full costs will be charged.

SADDLE CHECK

It is also possible to have your current saddle checked for location or fit. The costs for a check are € 85.00. An additional € 35.00 will be charged for each additional saddle at the same location. In that case, our saddle expert will come by and a saddle can possibly be taken along for making adjustments. Making a small adjustment is possible from € 25.00. You can then pick up your saddle within a few working days in Enschede, Harmelen, Heteren, Leek, Staphorst or Zoetermeer. You can also return it, € 14.99 will be charged for this.
