Order and Delivery

Delivery time

After you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Your order will be processed in our system at that time. When your ordered item is in stock, our warehouse staff will immediately pack and ship your order for you. It is of course possible that you have ordered several items, one of which is in stock in our warehouse and can be delivered immediately and the other must come from one of our megastores. Don't worry, we ensure that the items that are in stock are shipped immediately. This is always the case with domestic orders. As soon as the other item that had to come from a megastore has arrived, it will be shipped to you the same day without extra shipping costs. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us so that you can track your package yourself. In some cases, an item is no longer available online, but you can pick it up in one of the Megastores. With the current stock of the item you can see at which Megastore(s) there is still stock.


* Note: An item can become sold out between the reservation and the processing of your order. Therefore, first wait for the confirmation email with the message that your product is ready before you pick up the product.


There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

You can choose to pick up your order in one of our six megastores. This is possible in Leek, Enschede, Staphorst, Heteren, Harmelen and Zoetermeer. Before you go to a store, check the opening hours.


How does pick-up in the store work?

  • Find the product that suits you best.
  • Place the product in your shopping cart.
  • Choose 'Pick up in megastore' on the payment page
  • Search by zip code or city and find the nearest megastore
  • Complete your order. You will receive a confirmation from us by email.
  • You will receive an email from us when the product is ready in your chosen megastore.
  • You have already paid, so you can take it with you!

Can't wait for the postman? Have your order delivered to a PostNL or DPD pick-up point and pick it up when it suits you.


How does it work?


  • Find the product that suits you best.
  • Place the product in your shopping cart.
  • In your shopping cart, choose 'Pick up at PostNL collection point'.
  • In the 'Pick up point' step, choose the location closest to you.
  • Pay for your order online.
  • You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail and you can pick up your product (if it is in stock) the next working day from 4 p.m. Your order will be ready for you up to 14 days after the indicated pick-up date.
  • Only you can pick up your order. So bring a valid ID with you.

When picking up your package, please take into account the opening hours of the location.

Sometimes it can happen that you do not receive your package the next day, even though this has been indicated in the order confirmation. Of course we find that annoying! We recommend that you check some details.


Check the track & trace code of the package

Check whether your entered track & trace code corresponds with the code you received from us in the email. If this is correct, please also check whether the delivery date has shifted.


Check the delivery address

Does the delivery address correspond with the address where you expect the package?


Have a look in your mailbox

Did you receive a not at home message? Your package may have been delivered to your neighbors or the delivery person may have scheduled a new delivery time. If you still do not receive a package, please contact our customer service.

Do you want your order delivered to a different address than your usual address? Which can! In the check out (payment page) you can easily enter an alternative address. We will then send your package to this address. If you have already placed the order and have not indicated this, please contact the Customer Service.

It is of course possible that something went wrong or you changed your mind. No problem, as long as the package has not yet left the warehouse, we can still change or cancel your order for you. If the package is already on its way to you, you can refuse the package at the door. The package will then be returned to us and we will contact you after receipt. If you definitely do not want to receive the package, return costs will be charged. If you have already received and accepted the package, you can still easily return your package to us. You can do a pre-order at Divoza in our coming soon category. All articles in this category are new in assortment but not yet in stock. When you order an item from this category, you can be sure that you will be one of the first to show off this item! You just have to wait a while. Of course we will keep you informed of your order and let you know when you can expect it at home.

Have you received the product but do you think the product is damaged? That is of course not the intention . The Customer Service is happy to solve this for you.

Free delivery

If you order from Divoza Horseworld and your order amount is above 34 euros, we will ship your order free of charge (the Netherlands and Belgium). If you order on Monday to Friday before 7 p.m. and the item is in stock, you will receive your order the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Are not you home? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors on Monday to Saturday (if possible). If this is not possible, the delivery person will come by again the next day (except Sunday).


Retention period PostNL

If your package cannot be delivered to you after 1x presentation, your package will be taken to a PostNL collection point. You can also choose to pick up your package at a PostNL collection point. PostNL will store your package at the collection point for a maximum of 7 days. Your package will then be returned to Divoza.

When we have processed your return or cancellation, you will of course receive the money back on your account. We do our best to refund your money to your account within 14 days. Please note that we only refund the amount of the purchased and subsequently returned items and not the shipping costs. Unfortunately, you cannot find the status of the refund in your account. If you still want to know what the status is, please contact our customer service.

If you want to claim the Divoza Best Price Guarantee, please report this at the checkout of one of our Megastores or via the contact form on our website. We will only process your request if you add proof, such as an easily readable receipt or a screenshot.


Requests that result in a negative result for Divoza (below cost price) will be rejected. The Divoza Sharpest Price Guarantee only applies in the Netherlands and in comparison with other Dutch providers.
