How does it work?
After every €10 spent in one of our megastores or online, you will receive one loyalty point from us in your account. If you have received 25 or more savings points on the same account, you will receive a loyalty voucher worth 10 euros in your email. The loyalty voucher are issued periodically and are valid for three months after the date of issue. It is therefore possible that you have already received 25 loyalty points, but still have to wait for your voucher. Don't worry, we have the points in view and your voucher will certainly follow to be able to shop with a discount!
The Loyalty voucher does not work
You have received a loyalty voucher, but after entering the code it does not work and the discount will not be deducted. In that case, check whether the validity of three months after the date of issue has expired. It is of course also possible that something went wrong during the processing of the loyalty voucher, do not hesitate and contact us. We are happy to solve this for you at customer service.
