Customization

It is possible to order your own customized riding boots or caps at Divoza Horseworld. Together with the brands Petrie, Cavallo, Samshield and KEP italia we are happy to personalize your product!

We follow the following steps with your order:

• Check your measurements before you start ordering
• Check out the different options of the different brands and note them in the contact form
• For Samshield we have our own configurator, you can find it at https://www.divoza-specials.com/ it is possible also to place your order
• We check that all options are possible with the brand
• After confirmation we will send you a link to pay
• Once we have received your payment we will forward your order to the supplier
• By email you will receive updates on your delivery date
• The delivery date varies greatly from brand to brand and depends on several factors. In the case of riding boots, the delivery time can average 6 weeks, we cannot give any guarantees about the delivery date.
• Your order cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation.

• After you receive your order, we would love to see the result of your personalized boots or cap!
