Het hoofdstel is gemaakt van Engels leder van hoge kwaliteit dat zeer soepel is en lang mooi blijft. Ook de gespen zijn stevig en van goede kwaliteit. De neusriem is chique afgewerkt met lakleder en op het kopstuk bevindt zich een subtiele bies van lakleder.
